    Wallpaper situation

    Hello. Currently I'm running Win98, and I've just noticed something...the scretch option on the Background tab in the Display Properties is missing! My only options are tiled and centered. WTF?! How did that happen? And how can I restore that feature? Thanks in advance!

    Is it not there, or is the box just grayed out? If you have selected a .html document as your background this option will not be available.

    The same thing is true with my system. The option to stretch is missing, but my wallpaper is streched! Weird!
