MS Intellimouse Delayed Response
I'm using a Dell PII 266 w/ms intellimouse and using IE 4.O1(or higher). After using for several hours the mouse pointer moves in a delayed fashion or seems to "stick" and then move. I've had this problem since new about a year ago. I upgraded to IE 4.01 after someone told me it was caused by IE 4.0. Any ideas?

One item you may want to check seeing that you have this problem since new is to make sure nothing is on the ball or the socket that the ball rides in inside the mouse housing. Be sure it is free of debris, dust, or food crumbs. This has caused problems on my end. Also under control panel click on the mouse icon and check properties. Depending on the way the mouse is reconized or installed there should be a selection to adjust the tracking speed of the mouse. These are the things that quickly come to mind.
