    Do not enable antivirus in BIOS setup!

    It does no real good and can cause considerable harm.

    Ever tried installing DOS in a machine with virus protection on the bios?

    I knew it, but there are a lot of people who don't. I rarely think of it when someone is having problems and just figured to put a reminder up for myself and others.

    I never set up clients board that way. Im assuming you never did either.

    It is on my NF7-S And I've never had any problems with it - although it may well be a redundant option rather than a dangerous one.

    It's on all nforce2 motherboards that I know of -as well as most KT600.
