    The floppy does not work!

    The computer does not start. I only get the message "Floppy disk(s) failior (40)"
    I can restart if I disconnest the floppy but it would be great if it worked to!

    Is the cable and power plug connected to the floppy in the right direction? If you're sure that they are, you may need a new floppy drive.
    In the meantime, go to BIOS/Standard CMOS Setup and change Halt ON to No Errors.

    I have changed both the cable and the drive but still I have the same error message!.
