P2 upgrade from 486
I installed an ASUS P2L97 motherboard with a Celeron 300 cpu. When I turn on the ATX tower, I have no monitor at all (video). I have tried changing the Video card to a new AGP 4mb, but still no video at all. The pc is not fully coming up, but I do have any video to see what the error might be, and I can't get in my Bios because I have no video. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Could be one of a million things. First thing to do would be to disconnect all unnessisary components (cards, drives, etc.) and see if you get any video. If that doesn't do it, look for any pieces of metal shorting out your motherboard (is it seated properly in the case?). Also, try swapping the RAM or even the CPU, but I doubt that you be the problem.

If you have an old ISA videocard you could try to see it that will get you up and going. Then you could at least do some diagnostics.
