SCSI question
In a SCSI disk chain, do the devices at the ends of the chain both have to provide termination power, or does only one device need to? If I have a setup where the adapter is in the middle of the chain, and I have a wide device at one end and a narrow device at the other end, which device(s) should provide termination power? Is it possible to provide too much termination power and fry something?

you should always have your adapter at the end of the chain and the terminator at the other end.
