Win 98 and the ATX power supply
I have never been able to succesfully install windows 98 and have it do all of the restarting that it likes to do without a system crash (having scandisk start on boot) Has anyone else ever had thisproblem? I have an asus tx-97e mboard and an AMD K6-200 cpu.

I've installed 98 on my Asus P2B/P2-266/Maxtor 8g 3 times, and each time I got the BSOD during one of the re-boots. Haven't had any serious Windows problems since then (fingers crossed, chanting, incense burning, rabbits' feet hanging on the monitor) not counting problems I caused myself which resulted in the need for the re-installs. Keep an eye on things.
