    9800 pro to xt bios

    Welp I did this and almost everything worked perfect. Seems that ghosting appears on tests 2 & 3 on 3dmark 03 which was the only problem I had. :/

    My score went form 5707 to 6463 but back to stock.

    Yeah, the main problem in trying to get a 9800P to XT is the fact that the power components are not built for the speed and that the core tends to be of a lower speed bin...

    The 9800NP in this system here can make it to 730MHz with 3.3ns samsung ram, but the core begins erroring out beyond ~400MHz. Still, a **** good buy though - and nice clocks for a card that comes stock clocked at 324/290(580).

    Not to jack the thread, but are you using standard cooling on that Cv or some high faluting water setup?
