I saw my CPU fall under 32 degrees today.
Winter.
But, then, HP buys the coolest, cheapest parts possible. They go out of their way...!
Nice and warm here even. I was sweating about a week and a half ago.

My computer room is small and populated by two Athlon XP's. They keep the room pretty warm as is. Sometimes even in winter I have to open the window to cool it off.

And seeing the past week we've had up here... that's saying something!!
I also let my bathtub overflow when the air is too dry..

Bathtub! Brilliant!
That sounds like a much better idea than just bringing in a couple of garden sprinklers. I wondered why my TV kept blowing up, but since trying the bath method the only casualties are that my cats keep drowning for some reason and I keep having to get new ones.
At least I don't get sick of just 1 colour, I can get a new colour every time I get a replacement cat, although the lady in the pet store is beginning to look at me strangely.

Actually, you wouldn't get more heat out of it, it's going to produce X amount of heat anyhow, it's just going to vary the speed at which it's removed from the processor. I wouldn't advise it as you could cause yourself some problems, IE, lockups, errors or even cpu death.
If you want more heat, get a heater, LOL or another AMD computer
My cat keeps sitting on the monitor, cuz it's warm

You just need a few more rigs in the room. Ive got two Athlon rigs, a k6/2 rig and an older Pentium rig along with 2 19" CRT's and 2 15" CRT's.
Can get a bit toasty in here. I have don e the window trick in the middle of winter as well to try to cool it down a bit.
In summer, window fan pointing out, wide open.
