what motherboard to go with 9600xt

I have just purchased a 9600 xt ati video card and am now going to upgrade the motherboard and processor. I currently have a shuttle ak31 v2 with a 1700 processor. I'm just looking for something mid-range. After reading over this site here is what I have came up with for the best bang for the buck:

abit nf7-s v2 or
abit kv7 or
msi k7n2

I think I am going to go with the 2500 processor as it seems to be mid-ranged price. I will also be getting 512 corsair memory pc 3200. Anyone know the cheapest place to get the memory? What do you guys think about those motherboard choices? Like I said looking for a machine on a mid-ranged budget...

NF7-S for sure. BTW - the 2500+ is not mid-range, really. It's dirt cheap!

thanks bpb...Yes I am in the states.. I see that the kingston memory is cheaper than corsair... Do you get what you pay for ...or just sticking with a brand name is ok????

Heard of many Abit NF7-S's dying so I went with the Albatron KX18D Pro II and have no problems at all with it. Doesn't ship with an I/O shield though (standard config thankfully), but everything on the board is top notch and it clocks great.
