need help understanding data transfer rates

I'm looking to add on a controller board and want speed. can someone describe which items are faster?

    ATA100 & ATA 133 - up to 133 MBytes/sec?
    SCSI2-80MBytes/sec?
    SCSI3-160MBytes/sec?
    SATA-150MBytes/sec?

please correct me if these are wrong. is the new serial ATA almost as fast as newer SCSI's without the big cost?

also, does anyone make a raid SATA card?

    thanks,

Those are all THEORETICAL max speeds. You won't get close to those in the real world. The WD Raptor is the only SATA drive that can really compete with SCSI.
