Bad CRC errors everywhere!
I was just foreced to re-install windows, now every zip file gets bad CRC errors when I open it, I tried several programs, and they all do the same thing. I tried an archive off of an old CD and it worked just fine. I had a copy of the same file on the HDD, they still have the same # of bytes (right down to the byte) and even if I copy the zip from the CD to the HDD it still works, but the version that was on the HDD will not! What happened to my archives, and how can I get them back?

Problem is slowly becoming solved by copying them to another drive in DOS I get no CRC errors when I open them in windows. Don't know why, and i don't realy care anyways, I am just too overjoyed with getting my 40gb of data recovered.
