Active PFC?

I'm currently looking for a new PSU. Not many PSU's have active PFC but I have read that it should help increase power efficiency. Is it really worth limiting my choice of PSU's just to get active PFC?

If your concerned about power the extra bucks might make a difference

* Non-PFC offers around 0.5~0.6 PF (Power Frequency), 40%~50% power lost.
* Active PFC provides more efficient PF(Power Frequency), 0.95~0.99, it means only 1%~5% power has gone.

Thanks Rangeral. I have been looking at the ThermalTake Silent Purepower 420w PSU with active PFC, but Newegg is out of stock and has pushed the in-stock day back 3 times now. I'm now looking at an Enlight 360w PSU with active PFC:

I've heard and read that Enlight makes quality PSU's, so the only thing I'm concerned about is how loud the fan might be. Anyone know if Enlight's are generally quiet? I'm putting stealth fans in my case soon, so I don't want to defeat that purpose by putting in a loud PSU.
