1. File translation : specific utility format
2. File translation : file type

I searched a lot but, no clues. Anyboby can help me.

These questions were exactly same I received from my professor via e-mail. It's on-line class.
Now, I'm gonna ask back to my teacher for more explanation.

Heheh, after your teacher gives you a detailed explanation you might be able to solve the problem yourself and not have to ask the forum.
