Gamesurround Fortissimo or SB Live! 5.1

Which is better (uses less CPU overhead and delivers more features), the Gamesurround Fortissimo (NOT the new 7.1) or the SB Live! 5.1? I have onboard sound right now and I am worried that some CPU is being used for the sound. Is there a certain model number that I should look for with either of these cards?

P.S. Is there another sound card that are better than these two for under $35? I only see the SB PCI128.

I have both of those cards, and the Live 5.1 is better.

Thanxs. Do you know of any specific model numbers of the Live 5.1 to get? And what's the difference between the Live! 5.1 and the Live! Value?

Any Live 5.1 is good. Don't really remember the difference between a Live 5.1 and Live Value.

Now that I think about it, I believe to only real difference between the Live and Live Value was that the Value didn't have the additional software that came with the Live.

X-Gamer Live came with a couple of games
MP3 Live came with a couple of audio programs.
Value did not come with the additional software.
The card was the same though.

Oh well, I might get the Audigy ES or the Live! 5.1 (no value) anyway.
