What it means is that you would need 30 pound of pressure to deform the tire if u were pressing on a one square inch patch.
Actually, you need more than 30 pounds of pressure in one square incn\h to deform that tire... the rubber it's made of is quite thick and would in itself require a certain amount of prssure to overcome. Oh yeah.... there's also steel belts within that tire as well..... need even more pressure.

Granted our ideas about Mass are constaintly changing. But within reason, your system wont gain weight. Your HDD won't get heavier, your computer may because of the energy, but it would be very little.
Uhh, Dude air is tangable, therefore it weighs something. How do you think ballons float? Ballons float when they're filled with other gasses. There are gasses that weigh less than air. (That's why all of our air stays on earth, otherwise it would float away into the universe.)
