My Dad intends to buy an MSI 745 ultra and a 2100XP and a graphics card, which should be good but not too expensive and AFAIK that board only takes AGP4x cards so most good cards available aren't compatilbe.

Now, is it worth getting a PCI card or are there some good cards that use AGP4x or should he think about a different mobo? I'd go with the latter myself but only if an AGP4x card is not possible.
