i have tried to delete email-messages in my customers mailbox and his pc. i can do this in my own account on his pc. we have the following actual problems:
1. norton av has a script-problem. cannot scan and cannot activate changes in options. protection is ok and updates can be made. i will delete av and firewall, erase all norton, symantec etc-entries in registry and reinstall. this is vers time-consuming. do you have a quicker solution?
2. although i thought that the iexplorer 6-settings were made properly concerning security, i have seen all kind of active-x and script-deactivations. thats why there was a protest-pop-up when i first entered internet after customer called.
we had installed adaware, spybot and spywareblaster. adaware has now been replaced by spywareguard.

maybe the mailbox-owner knows better because a code-no. is shown. beside this a pop-up-window confirms the erasing problem too.
