Memory problem

Ok not quite sure what is wrong here but let me try to explain the symptoms.

1) When I am running SWG(star wars galaxies) my system RAM memory drops from 735+ available physical memory down to 121.00 and keeps falling while game is loaded. It usually crashes but I put in a report with SOE for their tech support.

2) My system specs are as follows:

Athlon 1.4 processor (not overclocked)
DFI NFII Ultra Mobo w/ Nvidia Nforce
1gig of PC3200 DDR400 RAM (currently set at Dual Channel, same symptons when set at normal speed)
GeForce3 Ti 200 DDR 64mb
SB Live! sound card
WD 80 gig hdd

3) I have physical removed each RAM Module and tested them to see if i may have had bad RAM and both check as ok and work fine. (in any case if either one is bad they have lifetime warranty.)

4) I had the firewall operational but turned it off because SOE tech support said it wasn't supported, no change in symptons when SWG is loaded.

Please if anyone has any info to what may be the problem or what I could do to remedy this, I would greatly appreciate this. Also let me know if there is any other info needed to diagnose this problem.

Directx 9.0 is installed and works fine, I tested it. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL HELP!!

i would uninstall/reinstall the video drivers...and the audio drivers too
