I recently upgraded my board and CPU from a KT3 Ultra(6380)/Duron 1.2 to a PC Chips M848LU/Athlon XP 2600. I did not buy any RAM will there be a bottleneck in performance because I am still using 2 sticks of DDR 256 RAM PC2100? Would it make a significant difference if I upgrade this to PC2700 or higher?

Also, Should I just throw away my old motherboard and CPU and video card(geforce 2 mmx 64mb)?
