Command Prompt Hang on Win95..???

When I ran a MS-PROGRAM in Win95 the system hang? What´s wrong ?
I ran Command.com and hang too.
I have no virus, what can I do it?

Maybe command.com is corrupt, try reinstalling it, look you config.sys and autoexec.bat they may be load some programs which hang computer. You can also try reinstalling windows. But I think the reason is command.com or any other dos program like io.sys (they all are placed in c:\ directory) Look into system properties and performance maybe there are some conflicts.

I reinstall the command.com & Win95. but the problem continue. I´m going to test the io.sys. ok,
please help...
