VICE CITY:MSS32.DLL Dynamic Link Problem

Hi, I downloaded the mss32.dll file for my GTA: vice city game. I tried running the game, then an error popped up saying " The procedure entry point_AIL_set_3D_sample_distances@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll."
HELP!!!! what should I do now?
You put the mss32.dll file in the windows/system folder right?

You are missing the Miles Sound System .dll
