ATI site is being weird today-new drivers???

Went to see if new drivers were out today. LOL did I get a side tracker. Checked for XP drivers for my card (8500LE) and ME ones. It showed cat 2.0 as newest. I know thats not right I have cat 3.2 right now. I triple checked even and the newest ATI TV wonder Ve was 7.1 That isnt right either cause I have 7.6 for XP now and it fixed EVERY issue it had. This is really stupid. I was looking for newest set of drivers and I find this weird thing happening where its only showin really old 2002 ones. ROFLMAO someone else try and see if its just my pc. Ive been to the site a million times so I know its not me.

    AG worked for me though.....

"The most immersive gaming experience possible is a reality – with RADEON™ 9800 series

It is the most anticipated new game launch of this millennium, and Valve, the developer of the new Half-Life® 2 game, has chosen ATI’s RADEON™ 9800 to demonstrate all of its bells and whistles. Half-Life® 2 is optimized to run on the hardware of ATI’s newest Direct X 9.0 graphics RADEON™ 9800 series of cards. Combined with the latest Pentium driven PC, the most immersive gaming experience possible is a reality.

    The Evolution of Half-Life® 2"

I think they are updating or somthing cause links are doing weird things, then going back to normal. Maybe the new drivers are being uploaded and they goofed or somthing. Or its spring cleaning time. Dunno-but its def. weird.

    Edit- just noticed:

"Combined with the latest Pentium driven PC, the most immersive gaming experience possible is a reality."

So if your useing a amd it goes like this I guess.

Combined with the latest AMD athlon XP PC, the most Intense detailed gaming experience possible is a reality

    lol

yes we just caught them updating their pages

i went there and the HL2 was gone already replaced by another thing

    and re: Pentium/AMD

yes they have a very good website

it detects your PC settings via windows, and then it gives you the proper AD

    very clever
