    CMS for a School Website

What CMS package would you guys suggest I use for a school district wide website?

Would like to, among the normal things provided with CMS packages, have an area set aside for each class so that the teacher could post homework due dates, events, etc. I suppose I could use a forum for this, but if there's something more tuned for classroom stuff like this, I'd like to know about it.

Is there anything out there thats more tuned to school website CMS, or should I just pick whichever one I like, and go with it?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Here's an article from Intranet Journal that examines what one must consider when choosing a Web content management system.
