    Quake 2 Problem

Hi everyone. I am having a MAJOR problem with Quake 2. Now I am not a Q2 newbie, been playing the game since it was first out, but this one has me baffled. I have searched high and low but as of yet I have not run across anyone who has even HEARD of this. I hope someone here can HELP ME!

Here is the deal. I am running Quake 2 on Windows XP Home Edition (both are LEGAL and purchased outright). Quake 2 was running great as usual until I started tweaking with Keygrip. Anyway, now when I start up Quake 2 everything starts up as normal, I can go online and join multiplayer games, all that, only now I can STILL SEE MY MOUSE CURSOR in Quake 2 and I can not use the mouse to control my player. Normally the mouse cursor disappears and I can move around using the mouse. Yes I have Mouselook enabled and all of the config stuff seems in order.

I even uninstalled Quake 2 and reinstalled it, and I still have the same problem! HELP!

If you got any new-fangled drivers such as logitech mouseware, installed look for an update or uninstall it and install the mouse as a standard PS2 mouse, see if that helps
