CD-RW drivers
I have a Mistumi CR-48X9TE which is the same as a CR-4809TE and I am trying to update the firmware but when I get the winflash and run it, it keeps saying no drive found. How do I get the updated drivers installed if their file cant even recognize the drive?

Why would you want to mess with that? Is the cd-rw drive working?

there are no drivers for cdrw drives ...windows sees a cd drive using the standard cd driver in windows
the cd burning software operates the drive
if you need firmware go to the manufacturers website, they'll have it if avail.
you can possibly ruin the drive if you flash it

I've already been to the manufacturers website to get the updated firmware and as i stated it claims it doesnt see the drive, I need it installed to burn 99 min cds which the drive can do. Just using the overburn option on nero wont suffice if the drive doesnt have the updated firmware.
