Chinese Charset & Fonts - HELP

I'm currently working on a translation piece that I just received, and the main task is taking a english html page and turning it into a chinese page.

I have all of the chinese translation that I can copy and paste out of a Power Point file into the html code. My problem is when I paste I get weird characters like ?? /!...I'm using Macromedia Dreamweaver and I've changed the encoding to simple chinese but that doesn't work. In notepad I've even tried changing the encoding and pasting in the chinese but no luck.

    What do I do?

    Thanks, Rob

Go to windows update and install the Chinese language packs for Internet Explorer. There are at least three I am aware of. They are support for Chinese input, and display. There are traditional and simplified versions.
