    Question is which ones?
    Linux IA32,Linux AMD64,Linux IA 64 or FreeBSD?
CPU is an Athlon XP so I'm guessing I need AMD64,Just need someone to confirm.

Get the IA32 version. That's the version that's been available for ages. The newer versions are IA64 and AMD64, for the new Intel and Athlon 64-bit cpu architectures, respectively. The FreeBSD version if you're running FreeBSD.

    goto www.nvidia.com
    Step 1) goto Download Drivers
    Step 2) Run the nvchooser.sh
Step 3) download the one that the chooser shows you

read the instructions carefully line by line and then install

    Easy as pie
