There are is no "official" support for DDR400 because there is no standard for it, still. You are free to use it though and it will give you some headroom to work with.
The Asus P4G8X supports AGB 8X as to all Intel "Granite Bay" chipsets. The MSI GNB-Max is one of them.
The SiS 648-based boards do as well:

While the SiS 655 chipset supports AGP 8x, it doesn't support dual-ddr.
