Alaris QuickVideo weeCam Driver
I have a Alaris QuickVideo weeCam. I can't find drivers for xp or other operating systems. The website is no longer up and so I download its software and works with cam, but there is no .ini file for its driver so windows can use it too. I know it is a p.o.s. cam but hey I still can use it. I did have the drivers for it but lost them, prob. in a system crash. If anyone can help me, thanks.

if links don't work, don't know why, you will have to do a google and get them yourself, they are all there for download in cluding the usb version.
So, search google for alaris quickvideo weecam driver
and select the www.stockdrivers.com entries, web is french but the drivers are there, i've seen em.

I'm trying to fix an issue for a family computer. Everytime windows loads, windows detect that camera as new hardware and then wants to install it? I will be going to over there later this week. It was mentioned that it was uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

Then that is probably all there is to find, there may not be a different version, some companies do not support the product after launch, or an MS upgrade. if these versions do not work with XP, but you know they do with win98, you can dual boot XP and 98, just use 98 for the cam.

I've got the CD-Rom with the original drivers on it, I'd be happy to e-mail you the drivers if you still want them. I know that there is a 'updated' version around somewhere, because I found them once before.
Let me know...
