    File->Export is your best bet.

    Or Start->Search and search for *.pst

    (outlook stores everything in the one pst file) (usually)

    .pst files can be pretty big, so don't be surprised if it doesn't fit on a floppy.

    there's an option to compress your .pst file in outlook

    so you might want to do that before you copy the file over to another machine to make it smaller

    or simply use WinZip or WinRAR

    I use Outlook Express 6, and it uses a .dbx file for each folder. I found a neat program to extract each letter called DBXtract.exe. I'm not sure if it would work for you.

    Here is where I found my Outlook Express Emails:

    C:
    Windows
    Application Data
    Identities
    Microsoft
    Outlook Express

    If you swap the Outlook Express folder into the sampe place in the new hard drive, it should work (Do a properties check on the folder to see if it will fit on a floppy - 1.4MB).
