    Windows Explorer

When I double click on my computer the system hangs. I do ctrl-alt-del and I get the message that the system is busy or unstable can someone tell me what is causing this, I have removed and re-installed Windows 95 several times always the same message. I have a Zenith Z-Station vp 16md ram 514 mb hard drive.
