Squeezing more speed from 56k modem

Can anyone advise on how I can get my modem to connect at the fastest possible speed?

It is an internal generic card running on a pc with ME installed.

    Port info
    Port com3
    address 3E8
    UART NS1655AN
    Highest Speed: 115K Baud
Conexant SoftK56 Data,Fax,Voice,Speaker Phone PCI Modem
    Identifier PCI\RSS18005
    ATI1 255
    ATI2 ok
    ATI3 Soft56V_B2.13.06
    ATI4 Soft56K Data,Fax,Voice,Speaker Phone PCI Modem
    ATI5 009
    ATI6 SoftK56
    CModem Ver 11
    Rksample Ver 340
    ATI7 255
    AT+FCL 0,1,8,80

Are there any init strings that can be added to speed things up?

    cheers

Ask your ISP if they support V.92 dial-up. If yes, get a V.92-compliant 56k modem.
