Encarta & XP
Can anyone explain why I can never get my Encata 2001 Disk to install on my Windows XP system? I mean, what kind of company makes an OS that's incompatible with one of it's own products. And why doesn't Microsoft provide a fix in one of the inumerable updates they keep downloading into my computer?

Do you have any problems installing anything else? Are you trying to install it from your burner? Encarta has copy protection on it so xp would be thinking your trying to burn it, try a regular cdrom drive.
