Winamp Plugin?

Is there a winamp plugin that creates MP3's......I know winamp can make wavs but i need a plugin to make mp3s........i cant log on to winamp.com since it is mp3 orintated because my college blocks those type of sites from viewing....anyone able to go on winamp.com and look for me and give me name of a plug in? if so i would apreciate it,.,.,,,,thanks!

What do you mean by create mp3's? Are you converting other types of audio files to mp3? There are programs you can download, probably without being blocked, that wil at least convert .wav to mp3 as well as audio CD's (ripping).

situation is i goto air force academy.....and we cant download software......we are allowed program updates or addons....just not stand alone programs(CD ripper) which is pretty much what i want to use winamp as.
