    but for those of you who look a this and still don't know what RMA is, it is...

    Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

    basically what you do is call up the company and ou return the product for a new one, or at times for a refund. There is an RMA number on the box that authorizes you to do this, WIhour RMA number, no RMA for you. You usually have to take care of all outstanding fees like shipping and re-shipping.
