    Sound is echoing like mad....

Hi, I have onboard 6 channel sound, but just run normal headphones thru it.
MY sound is always fine, no worries, but today for some reason, its REALLY echoey, like a church, and has lots of background echoing when the track stops. What might be causing this?
    Thanks, Matt.
    Eh?

    check your Volume control

and see if you accidentally enabled the Echo or 3D sound option

also check your Direct X, reinstall direct x 9.0

Is it a CD or MP3 file ? You might have installed some DSP plugin for your player.
