    Change resolution on moving pictures.

    Ok, I cant it to change the resolution on a moving picture. It will only let me change that one frame its on. How do you make it smaller so I can make it my avator.

    You're talking about animated gifs, right? Well, for something quick and simple, you can go to http://www.gifworks.com/ and use the online tool. You can either upload something from your computer, or link to an image somewhere on the net.

    You need a program like Paint Shop Pro's Animation Shop to make your own animated gifs. There is others out there just look around a bit.
