problem with albatron px845pe pro

hi. just got my comp. finished, and getting a problem.

whenever i plug the power in or boot up, i get a red led(might be a warning light telling me somethings not in socket) right above my ram sockets.It says somthin about 'stby led' next to the led. I reinstalled the memory about 3 times in diff sockets, and I still get no video to the monitor. I also made sure that anything else that could be the culprit was plugged in right.
any suggestions are apreciated

Try clearing the CMOS or resetting the BIOS to factory defaults.

cant-all ive done is boot it up for the first time. cant get to bios or anything.makes me wonder...

ive tried to clear cmos by setting the jumper, no luck. the bios, no really sure how to reset that w/ a jumper. Its that same 'stby led' thats baffling me. I guess that maybe means standby, but what the hells that to mean? ive been reconnecting stuff all day and i wonder if i have a bad part. hmmmmm.
