    Need more system specs.

Have you flashed to mobo bios to the latest? Is your mobo compatible with the processor?

You created a bootable floppy, right? They need only be minimal so the flash files can fit on the tiny floppy too. If you get the error: invalid system disk... then the floppy is not bootable. Also, check your boot sequence and set to floppy first (for this flash process). Stay calm, dude. You'll get it eventually. Oh yeah, one more thing. Be VERY CAREFUL when flashing the bios. You think you have problems now? Wait until you get a bad flash...

The K7S5A has issues when using both SDRAM slots. Issues similar to yours. You have 640MB of RAM meaning you have a 128mb and a 512mb. Try using only the 512MB stick. If the same occurs, try using just the 128.
yo trick, why you so **** doofus?
