    Computrade won't give me RMA...

Has anyone heard of Computrade vendor online? Well...I bought a dead Creative Labs TNT2 Ultra video card from them. I called twice and referred me to request RMA via email. I emailed Computrade twice, during the past week. I received neither email nor phone call from them, about my dead video card.

What can I do to get RMA #?

I'm "fed up" with Computrade, and I'm never doing business with them ever again. I recommend any Sysopt member "Do Not" do business with Computrade!

Try contacting the manufacture of the video card and see what they say. At this point you have nothing to loose.

After a week and a half, two emails, and three phone calls to CompuTrade, they finally sent me my RMA #.
