Video Card & Dual Processors
I wasn't sure whether to put this here or in the CPU section so here goes...
I was wondering if anyone knows whether a dual processor system would help the video card function more efficiently? (i.e., faster screen redraw and 3D model rendering) and if it does, is it enough to offset the cost of a dual processor mobo & extra processor?
I know that only certain programs like CADD, Video & Graphics programs even use the extra processor effectively and my main usage would be for those three types of applicatons.
Thanks

It only helps with data-crunching - not hardware drawing. Most video processing is handled on the card itself, so the card performance is the same in both cases.
