    sdram 8ns or 10ns?

    Hi!
Could someone please help me identify my sdram.I'm looking into going from PII266 to
    Celeron300A ,hopefully @450 on BX6 rev2.
I have 1 ,64Mbsdram, the chips are made by
    mitsubishi it reads:M5M4V64S30ATP.It does not
say 8 or 10 , so my question is :is it PC100
    8ns or 10ns or is it just PC66 ?
    Thanks for any response.

According to Mitsubishi, there must be a suffix. Look closely at all of the chips, maybe you'll find it.

    -8A - 125MHz - tAC=6ns
    -8 - 100MHz - tAC=6ns
    -10 - 100MHz - tAC=8ns - not PC-100

Thanks for reply.I,ve visited their site.
I can't find the suffix but on the bottom of the chips it says :JAPAN 808CCOB-10 and
    JAPAN 808CC11-10
does it mean it is 10ns and not PC-100 ?
    Thanks again.
