    Quick, Quick, Help!

Can I do a full installation of Office XP upgrade without having to install Office 2000 on my computer?

    probably.

for office xp, i suspect it will be the same as installing winxp upgrade when you don't have anything on the hard drive.

run the office xp setup and have your office 2000 cd ready. there should be a point where office xp upgrade will check for a qualifying product. put in the office 2000 cd and let it check the disc. after that, it should let you continue with the install.
