    Two video cards

    Greetings all,

If a system has a motherboard with an onboard AGP video card that cannot be disabled in the BIOS, can Windows 98 SE handle having an AGP video card installed?

I know that 98 can use two video cards, but the primary and secondary video cards will both be AGP, so how will 98 handle the situation?

I know you can disable the one video card under the Device Manager, but there shouldn't be any need to do that, because only one will be connected to the monitor and load at start-up.

    Thanks for the replies.

The onboard can be disabled, but for some reason there is no BIOS setting to disable the onboard video card.

I've read of a situation like this several times, but forgot what the outcome was. I had an idea what the answer was, but just thought I would check before installing anything.

This is just a machine for running office apps and connecting to the Internet, so the onboard video is good enough, but the person who owns it wants to use an AGP video card.
