Give the "Enter" key a try on your keyboard, usually does the same as the "OK" button with the mouse. Also, You may need to change your resolution or refresh rate for your Display to view the windows properly.

Just move the taskbar down or set it to autohide.

Or move the cursor to the top of the window until you get the up and down arrow cursor, left click and hold, then move the cursor down to shrink the size of the window.

The above suggestions should get it working for you but if you want to keep it from happening you might want to try this...
Your screen resolution is probably set at 640 x 480 which is making everything on your PC too big for your screen. Depending on your monitor and video card, you might need to set it to 800 x 600 (or higher 1024 x 768 for example).
Right-click on your desktop... Select properties... Select the Settings tab... Under Screen Resolution, see if you can slide the slider a little bit to the right. Don't go all the way -- just up to the next setting and try it. You can try higher if that works and you want to (and if it's available).
Good luck!
