    Re. Dual boot

What would be the best way to go. have one partition for each on the same disk or have one boot on each disk ie if you have two disk? pros and cons?
Thank`s in advance for any advice.

    use 2 seperate hd's

should you want to get rid of 1 of the OS's the other would be intact. or should 1 hd fail you wont lose both OS's or should 1 get infected/corrupted the other would work. ect ect ect

never put all your eggs in one basket

never put both OS's on one drive

Paramufay's idea makes sens...but if you only got the one HDD and dont wanna spend...just do it across two partitions..HDD failings are pretty rare (unless you got a gxp75 ), the only scenario would be if you screw up your OS...then you can just boot in from the other and sort it out

best is to have 1 OS on each HDD
and make each HDD to boot on its own

this can be Done via the BIOS
