Can someone tell me the web site I can go to find out sellers ratings?

if that's so, each item has a link with Stars for the seller, just click on the rating stars, then it'll go into details

No, I thought there was a place I could look up to see a buisness's rating? I remember on deals forum someone would mention what a great deal they could get from a company and someone else would say look at thier rating? A certain website you could check companies ratings?
