Lose weight without Exercise
Pretty simple this..
Im so sick of people always complaining about the need to lose
weight, so that i have got all the answers..
When they complain about they're weight, ask them what scales they used to weight themselves.
Obviously they're going to say the scales in the bathroom, or something similiar..
Ahh.. thats the problem.. those scales are inacurate.
they dont allow for gravity. Gravity in general, adds around 4-5kg to ones weight, all relative to their actual body weight and size.
See... gravity sucks - literally.
So.. if the scales report they weigh say 60K.. tell them they actually weigh around 55K, maybe they'll feel a bit better.
A Note, in general bathroom scales never allow for gravitional pull upon an object.
Some electonic kitchen scales on the otherhand, come with it built in - you just have to set it up relative to your position in the world and the height above sea level.. even though your only weighing 250gms objects.

Gravity adds "ALL" your weight.....without it you would weight nothing.

Just stand next to people who are larger than you. It'll make you look small.

Despite what various tubby people have drugged themselves with, diet and exercise remains the most effective form of weight loss. I stand 6' 1" tall, and weigh around 155. During the spring when I am rowing I drop 10-15 pounds despite a 4000 calorie-a-day doctor-ordered diet.

You have no idea . After I dropped 10 pounds my mother started worrying and called the doctor, he told her she had to give me 4000 calories a day to stabalize my weight... didn't gain back an ounce of what I had already lost until rowing ended, though. Eggs + Bacon + Cereal + Juice etc every morning for breakfast .

actually you can lose weight w/o excercise and by eating diff kinds of food..
you can eat as much white meat (no skin), fish (no shark or swordfish), turkey as you want (no skin), for better results eat everything grilled
you can eat a serving of rice a day
you can eat baked potato once a week
stay away from bread
well thats how i stay in shape when i dont have time to excercise :O
by the way.. that calorie thing is pretty easy to go through so you shouldn't really be keeping track of it.. if i counted calories.. i prob go through 3500-5500 in a day lol.. prob upto 7000 if i went paintballing
