I have an old pc w/ an old MB that died. I need to find a MB that will support my AMD K62-300 and my old PC100 memory. Can anyone give me a recommendation (and where to look)?

Alternatively, I would not be opposed to getting a new MB w/CPU since I don't think there will be much of a price difference, but it will still need to support my old memory.
